Key Responsibilities & Required Skills

- Strong experience in test design, test planning, execution, and defect validation.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright automation and strong proficiency in developing, updating, and maintaining automated test scripts.
- Experience in requirements gathering and translating business requirements into detailed business scenarios, test scenarios, and test cases.
- Hands-on experience working with Claude Code and AI-assisted software development/testing practices.
- Valuable working knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, and GitHub for project management, defect tracking, source control, and collaboration.
- Experience working with leading Generative AI/LLM models,



including OpenAI (ChatGPT), Anthropic, Microsoft AI models, and Meta LLaMA.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI frameworks, concepts, and application architectures.
- Good understanding of LangChain and LangGraph 1.2.x.
- Good understanding of agentic AI design patterns, including:
- Workflow-based agents
- Supervisor agents
- Sub-agents
- Multi-agent architectures
- Swarm patterns
- Experience in testing AI/LLM-based applications and agentic workflows is highly desirable.
- Private Equity domain knowledge is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, analytical, and collaboration skills.
