We are seeking an experienced Quality Qualified to lead our QA/QC department as an Assistant Manager or Manager at our Bhalagam facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality control, ensuring products meet stringent industry standards and customer specifications. You will lead the quality team, implement process improvements, and manage external certifications and audits.
This role involves maintaining high-level quality documentation and coordinating with production teams to resolve quality-related issues. Additionally, you will be responsible for upholding compliance with ISO and IRIS international standards to maintain our market leadership.B.E/B.Tech in Engineering degree is mandatory Minimum 5+ years of experience in the Quality Department Must possess a valid MR Certificate Must possess an IRIS Certification Knowledge of ISO 22163 Certification standards is required Strong leadership and management capabilities
