Role Description

We are looking for a Software Engineer – Python for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The role is suitable for fresh graduates and early-career technology professionals interested in working across Python Development, Software Engineering, Backend Development, APIs, Databases, Automation, Cloud, Data Processing, and Enterprise Applications.

The Software Engineer – Python will work closely with software, IT, data, operations, finance, production, supply chain, sales, and other business teams to design, develop, test, maintain, and improve Python-based software applications and backend systems.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.




- Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in Python development, software engineering, backend development, application development, automation, data engineering, web development, or related technology roles can apply.
- Candidates currently working as Python Software Engineer, Python Developer, Software Engineer, Backend Developer, Backend Engineer, Application Developer, Django Developer, Flask Developer, FastAPI Developer, Data Engineer, or Associate Software Engineer are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates from IT services, SaaS, product companies, technology, consulting, e-commerce, fintech, telecom, analytics, manufacturing, logistics, or other industries are welcome.
- Basic to good knowledge of Python programming and software-development fundamentals.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, modules, packages, exception handling, and debugging.
- Familiarity with Django, Flask, FastAPI, or similar Python frameworks will be beneficial.
- Basic to valuable understanding of REST APIs, JSON, authentication, web services, and system integration.
- Familiarity with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, SQLite, MongoDB, Redis, or similar databases will be an advantage.




- Exposure to Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Requests, SQLAlchemy, Pydantic, Celery, or similar libraries will be beneficial depending on the project.
- Exposure to microservices, Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Celery, caching, or background-processing systems will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, version control, testing, debugging, and collaborative software-development workflows.
- Exposure to testing frameworks such as PyTest, unittest, Selenium, or similar tools will be beneficial.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or DevOps tools will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of Linux, command-line tools, scripting, and application deployment will be beneficial.
- Exposure to automation, AI/ML, data analytics, data engineering, or scripting using Python will be considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, documentation, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
- Internship, Python project, GitHub project, hackathon, freelance work, API project, automation project, startup project, Kaggle project, or academic software project will be considered but is not mandatory.
- Strong willingness to learn new Python, backend, database, cloud, automation, and software-development technologies.
