Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Public Relations Manager role based in Hyderabad.

The Public Relations

Manager will develop and implement PR strategies to enhance Urbanrise’s brand visibility and reputation, particularly in the affordable housing segment. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and distributing press releases, managing media relations, organizing press events, and monitoring media coverage. The role involves collaborating with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels,



handling external communications, and supporting crisis communication when needed.

The Public Relations

Manager will also analyze PR performance metrics and recommend improvements to strengthen stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Public Relations and Media Relations skills.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Press Releases and Strategic Communications.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Relevant experience in managing brand reputation, stakeholder communications, and PR campaigns, ideally in real estate or related industries.
- Ability to work cross-functionally, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using PR and media monitoring tools, and familiarity with digital and social media platforms.
- Strong interpersonal skills, skilled demeanor, and a detail-oriented approach to content and messaging.
