Role Description This full-time remote role is for a Public Speaking Teacher supporting working professionals, younger kids, and domestic professionals. The teacher will design and deliver interactive public speaking sessions, including structured lessons, workshops, and practice activities tailored to different age groups and skill levels. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, conducting live online classes, coaching learners on speech structure, voice modulation, body language, and confidence-building techniques, and providing constructive feedback on presentations.

The role also involves assessing learner progress, adapting teaching strategies to diverse learning styles,



and collaborating with the team to improve course content and teaching resources. The teacher is expected to maintain a professional, supportive learning environment and use digital tools to track performance and engagement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Training skills, with experience instructing diverse age groups or professional audiences.
- Candidates should possess effective Lesson Planning and Education skills, including the ability to design age-appropriate, structured curricula for public speaking.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including transparent spoken English, active listening, and the ability to give constructive feedback.
- Experience with online teaching platforms, virtual classroom tools, and basic digital literacy is beneficial.
- A background in education, communication, performing arts, corporate training, or related fields is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to build learner confidence, manage group dynamics, and create an inclusive learning setting is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, English, Theatre, or a related discipline is desirable, or equivalent relevant experience.
