Role Description The Property Manager (Entry Level) will oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties and ensure a smooth, high-quality experience for guests and owners.

Responsibilities include coordinating check-ins and check-outs, managing housekeeping and maintenance schedules, monitoring property readiness, and ensuring listings are accurately updated across platforms. The role involves responding to guest inquiries, resolving on-site issues in a timely manner,



and collaborating with central operations to implement JadeCaps’ standards and processes.

The Property

Manager will also assist with basic reporting on occupancy, guest feedback, and property performance. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area.

Qualifications

- Solid customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests, owners, and vendors.
- Basic organizational and time management skills to handle multiple properties, schedules, and on-site tasks efficiently.
- Comfort with using mobile apps, spreadsheets, and property management or booking platforms; willingness to learn AI-driven tools and dashboards.
- Attention to detail in property inspections, housekeeping coordination, and maintaining consistent quality standards.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle on-site issues, emergencies, and guest concerns calmly and effectively.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in local languages in the Greater Bengaluru Area is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in hospitality, business, real estate, or a related field is preferred, but relevant internships or projects are valued.
- Interest in hospitality, travel, and technology-driven property management; readiness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when needed.
