Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled QA Engineer with 10-15 years of experience in manual testing, specifically with a strong focus on Pega. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications through comprehensive testing strategies and methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Pega applications.
- Perform thorough manual testing, including functional, regression, and user acceptance testing.
- Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on testability.
- Participate in requirement reviews and provide input on testability and quality aspects.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Mentor junior QA team members and provide guidance on testing methodologies.
