Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead complex technology projects from initiation through successful delivery. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing client expectations, maintaining project timelines and budgets, and ensuring delivery remains aligned with business and commercial objectives.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing large-scale technology implementations and working across diverse teams and stakeholders. Experience with enterprise software, Digital Twin, AI, IoT, Smart City, Healthcare, Infrastructure, or Government projects will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, schedules, and resource requirements in collaboration with relevant teams and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, forecasts, and delivery timelines.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across Software Development, AI & Data Science, IoT, GIS, UI/UX, Infrastructure, QA, DevOps, and system integration.
- Monitor project progress, track key milestones,



and address bottlenecks or dependencies that could affect delivery.
- Conduct regular project reviews and ensure teams remain aligned on priorities, timelines, and expected outcomes.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and manage communication across customers, enterprise stakeholders, and government departments where required.
- Present project progress, key risks, and delivery updates to clients and senior management.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure issues, changes, and decisions are communicated clearly and addressed in a timely manner.
- Identify potential project risks and dependencies early, develop appropriate mitigation plans, and proactively resolve delivery challenges.
- Manage scope changes and assess their impact on timelines, resources, budgets, and overall project objectives.
- Ensure projects are delivered to the required quality standards while maintaining focus on timelines, customer satisfaction, and project profitability.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to strengthen project processes, team coordination, and delivery practices.
