At RFMW Innovations Lab, we build advanced RF & Microwave systems for India’s defence sector.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who can take ownership of complex, technical, multi-stakeholder projects and drive them from planning to successful delivery — on time and on budget.

? What You'll Do

- Own project planning and execution across Design, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Testing
- Track project milestones, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Design, Quality, Production, and Procurement
- Manage customer and defence-client communication, MoMs, and project status reporting
- Support bid preparation and RFx/RFQ responses
- Drive process improvement and PM standardization through SOPs, dashboards, and tracking systems
- Ensure project documentation aligns with ISO 9001:2015 quality standards

? What You Bring
- 6–8 years of project management experience
- Experience in Defence,



Aerospace, RF/Microwave, or Electronics Manufacturing preferred
- Strong experience managing technical projects end-to-end
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Experience working with Government/PSU clients
- Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills
- PMP/PRINCE2 certification is a plus
- B.E./B.Tech in Electronics/ECE/Mechanical or related field; MBA is a plus
