Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious, creative, and highly strategic marketing skilled to join our core Live entertainment division. You will drive end-to-end event marketing strategies, conceptually design high-impact proprietary event IPs, and manage execution for large-scale corporate and live events. The ideal candidate blends creative vision with analytical rigor, demonstrating deep familiarity with ticketing ecosystems, digital media planning, and top-tier client management.

Key Responsibilities

- IP Generation & Concept Strategy: Conceptualize, pitch, and launch new Intellectual Properties (IPs), custom brand experiences, and live event concepts tailored to target audiences and client objectives.
- Platform & Listing Optimization: Leverage platforms like BookMyShow, Paytm Insider, and similar ticketing/discovery portals - managing listings, strategic promotional placements, partner offers, and platform-native visibility.
- Event Marketing & Digital Plans: Formulate comprehensive 360-degree marketing, media, and digital campaign plans to drive ticket sales, footfalls, and brand engagement for live events.
- Client Briefs & Relationship Management: Lead direct client interactions, analyze complex creative/business briefs,



and present strategic solutions to senior stakeholders.
- Large-Scale Event Management: Oversee strategic and marketing touchpoints for large-scale corporate events, music festivals, summits, and live consumer experiences.
- Deck Creation & Analytics: Build visually compelling, pitch-winning PowerPoint presentations and manage detailed event budgets, ROI models, and tracking reports in Excel.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 6 to 10 years of experience in event marketing, experiential advertising, or agency event verticals handling large-scale live and corporate events.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skill in Microsoft PowerPoint (for pitch decks, event storyboarding, and presentations) and Microsoft Excel (for budgeting, media plans, and data analysis).
- Creative & Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of generating original event concepts, brand integrations, and scalable event IPs.
- Communication & Pitching: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong executive presence for client-facing presentations.
- Agency Background: Prior experience working with Tier 1 or Tier 2 live entertainment event experience.
