Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Planning and Program Management skills to define scope, timelines, and deliverables, and to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Candidates should possess solid Information Technology knowledge to collaborate with development teams and understand technical requirements and constraints.
- Candidates should possess excellent Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess project risks, and support informed, data-driven decisions.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to engage with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, both verbally and in writing.
- Relevant experience managing IT or software development projects in an agency or product-based environment.
- Ability to work in office in Jabalpur and coordinate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks).
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; a project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is an advantage.
