Role Description The Project Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in PUNE/MUMBAI .

The Project

Manager will oversee end-to-end execution of interior and civil projects, including planning timelines, managing budgets, coordinating resources, and ensuring work quality across multiple sites.

Responsibilities include liaising with clients, consultants, and vendors, monitoring project progress, resolving on-site issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The role involves coordinating logistics,



supervising inspections, managing expediting activities, and maintaining accurate project documentation and reports.

The Project

Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on schedule and within scope while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

- Strong project management skills, including Project Management and Inspection, with experience in planning, execution, and quality control.
- Experience in logistics-related functions, including Logistics Management, Expeditor responsibilities, and Expediting to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, manage vendors, and handle on-site construction or interior fit-out activities.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and adherence to safety and compliance standards.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present updates and collaborate with clients and internal teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in interior projects, commercial fit-outs, or turnkey solutions will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office; familiarity with CAD or BIM software is a plus.
