? Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to lead and deliver Window façade projects from planning through execution and completion. The role requires robust leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams while ensuring quality and safety standards.

? Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and oversee window façade projects (glass, aluminum, ACP, unitized systems) from initiation to handover
- Develop project schedules, resource plans, and budgets
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and internal teams
- Monitor site progress, ensure adherence to timelines, and resolve project challenges
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications




- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and procurement activities
- Track project costs, variations, and billing milestones
- Prepare and present project status reports to management and stakeholders
- Ensure smooth project handover and documentation closure

? Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Experience in window façade/construction project management
- Strong knowledge of window façade systems and site execution practices
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams
- Proficiency in project management tools, MS Excel, and AutoCAD
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
