Project Manager – Civil Construction

Experience: 7-10 Years

Location: New Delhi

Key Responsibilities

- Manage projects from site mobilization to final handover.
- Plan and monitor project timelines, manpower, materials, and costs.
- Supervise civil works including RCC, foundation, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, and finishing.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients.
- Ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
- Monitor site progress, resolve execution issues, and manage contractors/subcontractors.
- Prepare regular project progress reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Candidate Profile

- Civil Engineering degree/diploma preferred.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
- 7-10 years of relevant civil construction experience.
- Mandatory: Experience handling bungalow, villa, farmhouse, or luxury residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of civil execution, drawings, BOQs, project planning, and contractor management.
- Robust leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
