Corker Interiors is looking for an experienced Project Manager – Commercial Interior Fit-Outs to manage end-to-end execution of corporate office and commercial workspace projects.

Key Responsibilities• Manage projects from site mobilization to final handover

- Project planning, scheduling, manpower and resource management
- Coordinate Architecture, MEP, Procurement, Vendors and Site Teams
- Review GFC drawings, BOQs, specifications and material approvals
- Monitor site progress, quality, safety and project timelines
- Coordinate civil, interiors, electrical, HVAC, fire, networking and furniture packages
- Manage vendors, subcontractors and material deliveries
- Track DPRs, RFIs, approvals, measurements, variations and documentation
- Handle snagging, testing, commissioning and final handover
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and as per approved quality standards

Candidate Requirements✅ 5–8 years of relevant experience preferred





✅ Strong experience in Commercial Interior Fit-Out / Corporate Office Projects

✅ Experience handling end-to-end site execution independently

✅ Strong knowledge of interior works and MEP coordination

✅ Ability to read Architectural, Interior and MEP drawings

✅ Positive knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel and project scheduling tools

✅ Strong client, consultant, vendor and subcontractor coordination skills

⚠️ Commercial Interior Fit-Out experience is mandatory.

Experience in Corporate Offices, IT/ITES Workspaces, Managed Offices, Coworking Spaces, BFSI Offices or similar commercial fit-out projects will be preferred.
