About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage and execute turnkey projects, retail fit-outs, and commercial interior projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate should have strong project management, site execution, vendor coordination, and client-handling experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and execute projects from project initiation to final handover.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
- Manage site execution, project schedules, manpower, materials, and resources.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within the approved budget and quality standards.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for timely procurement and execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.




- Identify project risks, delays, and execution issues and take corrective action.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, progress reports, and documentation.
- Handle client meetings, project updates, and day-to-day communication.
- Ensure proper coordination between civil, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, fabrication, signage, and other project-related works.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in:

- Turnkey Projects
- Retail Fit-Outs
- Commercial Interiors
- Interior Execution
- Strong knowledge of site execution and project coordination.
- Good understanding of drawings, BOQs, materials, and construction processes.
- Robust vendor, contractor, and manpower management skills.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work within tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
