We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple projects in a fast-paced Agile setting. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, manage stakeholder communication, and oversee the full mobile app lifecycle from ideation to publishing on the Play Store and App Store.
- Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming, while ensuring teams adhere to Agile best practices.
- Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation plans, and resolve problems promptly to keep projects on track.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and solutions clearly to stakeholders.
- Oversee mobile app design and deployment (Android & iOS).
- Optimize resource allocation and team efficiency.
- Present progress and performance metrics to leadership.
- Continuously improve team workflows and resolve blockers proactively.
Requirements:
- 4–6 years' experience in project management, preferably Agile/Scrum.
- Hands-on with mobile app development & publishing.
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams, including UI/UX, Growth, and Design/Multimedia teams.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive approach to risk management and issue resolution.
- Proficiency in tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello.
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field; CSM is a plus.
