Responsibilities To coordinate and monitor end-to-end transmission line projects, ensuring effective planning, execution, resource coordination, and timely completion of 132 kV transmission line projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate execution of 132 kV transmission line projects from planning to completion.
- Prepare and monitor detailed project schedules, work plans, and execution programs.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Planning, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, QA/QC, and Site teams.
- Track project progress against approved schedules and identify delays, bottlenecks, and critical activities.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports, MIS, and project dashboards.




- Monitor key transmission line activities such as survey, tower foundation, tower erection, stringing, conductor installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Coordinate material availability, manpower, machinery, and subcontractor requirements as per project schedules.
- Monitor planned vs. actual progress and support corrective action plans.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors for project-related requirements.
- Maintain project documentation, MOMs, schedules, trackers, and correspondence.
- Support resource planning, manpower planning, material planning, and look-ahead planning.
- Ensure project activities are aligned with contractual timelines, quality requirements, and safety standards.
- Conduct regular review meetings and follow up on pending actions.

Required Skills:

- Strong experience in 132 kV Transmission Line projects.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and execution coordination.
- Hands-on experience with MS Project / Primavera P6 and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of transmission line construction methodology and project documentation.
- Robust coordination, communication, follow-up, and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple site/project activities and meet strict deadlines.

Qualification:

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical / Civil Engineering or relevant engineering discipline.

Experience:

10–15 years, preferably with significant experience in 132 kV transmission line EPC projects, project planning, and coordination.
