Role Description This is a full time, on-site Project Engineer role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area.

The Project

Engineer will manage and execute electrical and energy projects from planning to commissioning, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, safety standards, and timelines. Daily responsibilities include preparing project plans, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, supervising site activities, and resolving technical issues. The role involves reviewing drawings and documentation, supporting procurement and vendor coordination,



conducting inspections and testing, and preparing progress reports and project documentation.

The Project

Engineer will also contribute to continuous improvement in project processes and support the implementation of best practices in electrical engineering and power quality solutions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Engineering and Electrical Engineering skills for design review, technical analysis, and on-site implementation.
- Candidates should possess Project Management and Project Planning skills to manage schedules, resources, risk, and project documentation.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaboration with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
- Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in turnkey electrical projects, power quality solutions, solar EPC, or data center electrical systems is beneficial.
- Knowledge of relevant electrical standards, codes, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical drawings and using basic project and office software tools.
- Ability to work on-site, handle multiple projects, and travel to project locations as required.
