Role Description The Project Director is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing end-to-end planning and execution of coworking space projects. In this position, the Project Director coordinates with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with design and quality standards. Typical responsibilities include defining project scope, setting timelines, managing resource allocation, monitoring progress, and resolving risks or issues that arise during execution.

The role also involves optimizing operational processes, maintaining compliance with local regulations,



and aligning projects with iSprout’s customer-centric vision.

The Project

Director will regularly report on project performance, provide strategic input for future expansions, and support continuous improvement in service delivery.

Qualifications

- Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management, ideally in real estate, coworking, or commercial fit-out projects.
- Proficiency in stakeholder and vendor management, with the ability to collaborate effectively across design, operations, finance, and external partners.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, with demonstrated leadership, decision-making, and conflict-resolution capabilities.
- Solid understanding of construction, interior fit-out, or facilities operations, including quality standards, safety norms, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to prepare clear reports and provide updates to senior leadership and clients.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced qualifications or certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in managing multi-site or multi-phase projects and familiarity with project management tools and software.
