- Plan and manage resource allocation across multiple projects to ensure optimal utilization.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building trust and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Conduct regular client meetings and site visits to review progress, address concerns, and identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure deliverables meet client expectations and technical requirements.
- Maintain continuous communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project/program progress.
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and resource gaps, and implement corrective actions.
- Support pre-sales activities and contribute to solution design where required.
- Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with agreed quality standards.
