Role Description The Program Advisor for UG/PG degree courses is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.

The Program

Advisor will counsel prospective students on suitable online and distance UG and PG programs, explain university options, fees, eligibility, and course structures, and help align degree choices with individual career goals. The role involves conducting detailed consultations via in-person meetings, phone calls, and digital channels, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and following up with students throughout the decision and enrollment process.

The Program





Advisor will collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on university partnerships and program changes, ensure compliance with organizational guidelines, and support students with transparent, ethical, and non-pressuring guidance.

Qualifications

- Robust student counseling and advisory skills, including the ability to assess educational background, interests, and career goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in clear spoken and written English; additional regional language skills are an advantage.
- Knowledge or willingness to learn about UGC- and NAAC-approved universities, online and distance education regulations, and UG/PG program structures.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms to manage inquiries and student data.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple student cases simultaneously, and maintain accuracy and professionalism under time constraints.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in education, counseling, management, or related fields is preferred.
- Prior experience in academic counseling, admissions, education consulting, or student support services is beneficial.
- Commitment to ethical guidance, transparency, and a student-first approach, with a focus on long-term career outcomes rather than short-term targets.
