Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Professor role in the Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) Department, located in Mohpa. The Professor will design and deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses, develop syllabi, prepare lectures and course materials, and conduct assessments aligned with the university’s academic standards. Daily responsibilities include mentoring and advising students, supervising projects and theses, and fostering an engaging, inclusive classroom environment.

The role also involves conducting and publishing research, securing funding where possible,



collaborating on interdisciplinary initiatives, and contributing to curriculum development. The Professor will participate in departmental and university committees, support accreditation activities, and engage with industry and academic partners to enhance the department’s academic and placement outcomes.

Qualifications

- Advanced academic credentials in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field (PhD preferred; minimum of a master’s degree required).
- Demonstrated expertise in core CSE domains such as algorithms, data structures, operating systems, databases, computer networks, software engineering, or AI/ML.
- Proven research record with publications in reputable journals or conferences, and commitment to ongoing scholarly activity and innovation.
- Experience in university-level teaching, curriculum design, and outcome-based education, with strong classroom management and student mentoring skills.
- Ability to integrate technology and AI-driven tools into teaching and assessment, and familiarity with modern learning management systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to inclusive, gender-neutral, and non-discriminatory teaching practices.
- Willingness to contribute to departmental administration, accreditation processes, academic events, and industry or research collaborations.
- Prior experience in an AI-driven or technologically advanced campus environment is an advantage.
