We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Lead in Production Support and Development with over 10 years of IT experience including a decade specialized in the Banking and Financial domain The ideal candidate will act as the primary onsite point of contact for our clients taking ownership of missioncritical Enterprise Wire payment gateways and data repository systems You will lead L2L3 production support drive performance optimization and ensure the seamless execution of JavaOracle ETL applications and SWIFT payment flows
Responsibility
Act as the primary onsite point of contact for production incidents ensuring 247 high availability and minimal downtime for missioncritical financial applications
Perform complex Root Cause Analysis RCA implement permanent code fixes and establish preventive measures to minimize the recurrence of incidents
Monitor critical Java and Spring Batchbased applications manage batch job schedules and resolve job failures strictly within SLAs
Ensure adherence to ITIL processes Incident Problem and Change Management while maintaining auditcompliant logs and documentation
Lead performance optimization for JavaOracle ETL applications improving data processing efficiency for highvolume banking transactions
Write analyze and optimize complex PLSQL stored procedures leveraging indexing and partitioning in Oracle DB 11g to 19c
Drive automation initiatives by developing Java utilities Linux shell scripts and scheduling tools to reduce manual intervention in recurring support activities
Actively participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle SDLC including project effort estimation requirement analysis and secure coding design
Coordinate with crossfunctional teams developers DBAs infrastructure and vendors during major upgrades including inplace IBM WebSphere WAS upgrades
Handle deployment and release activities postdeployment validation patch management and release rollbacks with minimal disruption
Deploy applications to WebSphere servers utilizing Ansible Templates and manage version controlcode through Git and Artifactory
