Role Description The Production Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for overseeing daily production operations for parking systems and related infrastructure. This includes planning and monitoring production schedules, coordinating with engineering, quality, and installation teams, and ensuring that output meets safety, quality, and timeline requirements. The supervisor will allocate tasks, guide production staff, and resolve operational issues to maintain smooth workflow on the shop floor.





The role also involves tracking production metrics, implementing process improvements, and ensuring adherence to ISO and internal quality standards.

The Production

Supervisor will regularly communicate status updates to management and support cross-functional coordination to meet project and customer commitments.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills and experience managing production teams in a manufacturing or engineering workplace.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Production Schedules and Production Planning, including resource allocation and workflow optimization.
- Candidates should possess solid Production Management capabilities, with a focus on quality, safety, and meeting delivery timelines.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams and reporting to management.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering or a related technical field is preferred.
- Experience in industrial automation, engineering fabrication, or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
- Knowledge of ISO standards, safety regulations, and lean or continuous improvement practices is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple priorities, and use basic production and reporting software tools.
