- Supervise blow moulding shift operations, including manpower deployment, machine efficiency, and quality compliance on the shop floor.
- Ensure smooth operation of blow moulding machines, including Jagmohan, Milacron, Sika, CMP, and Meper models.

Role Responsibilities

- Supervise daily blow moulding shift operations and optimize manpower allocation
- Achieve daily production targets and adhere to production schedules
- Monitor and improve machine efficiency, cycle time, and minimize downtime
- Conduct quality checks and implement defect containment at source
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for timely resolution of machine breakdowns
- Prepare and maintain shift-wise production, scrap, and downtime reports
- Enforce safety protocols and 5S standards on the production line

Qualifications & Requirements

- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in blow moulding production supervision
- Hands-on familiarity with Jagmohan, Milacron, Sika, CMP,



and Meper blow moulding machines
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to maintaining high production discipline, quality standards, and workplace safety
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure manufacturing setting
