Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead blow moulding operations in our manufacturing unit. The role involves managing shop‑floor activities, ensuring production efficiency, and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise blow moulding shift operations and manpower deployment
- Ensure daily production targets and schedule adherence
- Monitor machine performance, cycle time, and downtime
- Coordinate with maintenance for quick resolution of breakdowns
- Drive quality checks and defect control at source
- Maintain production, scrap, and downtime reports
- Promote safety and 5S compliance on the line

Requirements

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering
- 1–5 years of experience in blow moulding production supervision
- Hands‑on exposure to blow moulding machines (Jagmohan, Milacron, CMP,



Meper)
- Solid leadership and problem‑solving skills
- Willingness to work rotational 12‑hour shifts
