Role Description The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day manufacturing operations on-site at the Vapi facility in a full-time capacity. This role includes planning and scheduling production, monitoring output against targets, and ensuring that machinery and equipment are operated efficiently and safely.

The Production

Manager will coordinate with procurement, maintenance, quality control, and logistics to ensure timely availability of materials and smooth workflow on the shop floor. Daily activities involve managing and guiding production teams, resolving operational issues,



implementing process improvements, and enforcing health, safety, and quality standards. The role also requires maintaining production documentation, reporting performance metrics to management, and supporting strategic initiatives to optimize capacity and reduce costs.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in production management or manufacturing operations within a machinery or industrial environment.
- Solid leadership skills with the ability to supervise, mentor, and motivate shop-floor teams.
- Solid understanding of production planning, scheduling, and workflow optimization.
- Knowledge of quality control principles, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Ability to analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional departments.
- Proficiency in using basic computer applications and, preferably, ERP or production management software.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working in an on-site manufacturing setting in or around Vapi or willingness to relocate.
