Key Responsibilities:
Production Planning & Execution
- Develop and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
- Balance raw material usage, machine availability, and workforce efficiency.
Process Optimization
- Enhance assembly line efficiency and productivity.
- Implement Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and improve output.
Machine & Tool Handling
- Operate and maintain production machinery such as CNC routers, edge banding, and panel saws.
- Ensure tool calibration and schedule preventive maintenance.
Quality Assurance
- Ensure product adherence to finish, durability, and dimensional standards.
- Utilize gauges, measurement tools, and quality checklists to maintain high standards.
Material Management
- Coordinate with store and purchase departments for material requirements.
- Optimize raw material usage and manage inventory effectively.
