Job Summary

Responsible for supervising blow moulding shift operations, manpower, production targets, machine efficiency, quality, and shop-floor compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise shift operations and manpower deployment
- Achieve daily production targets and ensure schedule adherence
- Monitor machine efficiency, cycle time, downtime, and productivity
- Ensure quality checks and defect containment
- Coordinate with Maintenance for breakdowns and troubleshooting
- Monitor machine settings, process parameters, and changeovers
- Maintain production, scrap, rejection, and downtime reports
- Ensure safety, 5S, material handling, and shop-floor standards
- Guide operators and ensure smooth shift handover
