Location: Jakkur, Bangalore (5 days work from office)
Total Experience: 3+ years of Retail Training Experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Well versed with Apple products, third party accessories Operating system software and devices (Mac, iPhone, iPad, Pulse, etc)
- Evaluate various training techniques (Eg: gamification, case studies and group activities)
- Liaise with Team leads and managers to determine training needs and design effective training modules (Product and Soft Skills) to meet enterprise parameters
- Measure the effectiveness of training programs by conducting evaluations with participants and managers after training has been completed
- Keep up to date on new developments in the field of training and development.
- Maintain accurate records of employee participation in training programs.
- Prepare reports on the progress of employees in training programs.
- Conducting training sessions for new hires in person or online using web conferencing tools
- Carry out New Product Introduction Trainings and refreshers in stores Visit stores to assess the executives knowledge and interaction with customers
