About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager to lead the strategy, positioning, and growth of our agri-input portfolio. This is a senior, high-ownership role for someone who understands both the science of crop inputs and the commercial realities of the field — and can translate one into the other. You will sit at the intersection of R&D;, sales, and the market, shaping products that create real value for distributors, retailers, and farmers.

Key Responsibilities

Own the product lifecycle across the portfolio — from concept and positioning through launch, growth, and phase-out.

Develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and pricing for agrochemical / biostimulant products.





Work closely with R&D; and technical teams to translate agronomic data and field-trial results into compelling, market-ready propositions.

Drive demand generation and marketing services — technical literature, campaigns, dealer and farmer engagement programmes, and field demonstrations.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify portfolio gaps and current product opportunities.

Enable the field sales team with product training, knowledge, and sales collateral.

Collaborate with regulatory, supply chain, and commercial teams to ensure timely, compliant product availability.

Track product performance, market share, and profitability, and course-correct based on ground-level insight.

Qualifications & Requirements

B.Sc. in Agriculture (B.Sc. Ag) is essential.

MBA, ideally in Agri-Business Management / Marketing is essential.

Minimum 10 years of experience in Product Management or Marketing Services within agrochemical or biostimulant companies.

Strong grasp of the crop-input value chain, distribution networks, and dealer/farmer dynamics.

Proven ability to lead product strategy and drive cross-functional teams.

Language Skills

Fluency in English and Hindi is essential.

Working proficiency in Tamil or any one of the state Indian Languages will be a strong advantage.
