Role Description The Product Manager role at Bharat Insulation Company (India) Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, in office position based in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.

The Product

Manager will oversee the lifecycle of winding wire and conductor products, including market analysis, product planning, development, and commercialization. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering customer and market requirements, coordinating with production, quality, and sales teams, and managing product specifications and documentation. The role involves monitoring product performance, identifying opportunities for improvement or new offerings, and supporting pricing and positioning strategies.

Qualifications

- Strong background in product management or industrial product development, preferably in electrical components, wires, conductors, or related manufacturing sectors.
- Experience in market research, competitive analysis, and product strategy, with the ability to translate customer needs into clear product requirements.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality assurance practices, and technical specifications for copper and aluminium products is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated skills in cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and project coordination within a factory or industrial environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in standard office and productivity tools; familiarity with ERP or manufacturing information systems is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Management, or a related discipline; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar and engage directly with production, sales, and customers as needed.
