Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with FinTech/Crypto experience to own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and build scalable trading and investment products.

Key Responsibilities

- Define product vision, roadmap, and strategy.
- Own product lifecycle from discovery to launch.
- Write PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.




- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Growth, Compliance, and Operations.
- Prioritize backlog and manage Agile sprints.
- Drive user research, analytics, and A/B testing.
- Improve acquisition, activation, retention, and engagement.
- Launch crypto products such as Spot, Futures, SIP, Wallets, and Earn.

Requirements

- 5–8 years of Product Management experience.
- Experience in FinTech, Crypto, Trading, or Investment products.
- Robust product strategy, roadmap, Agile, and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of SQL, analytics, and product metrics.
- Hands-on with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Mixpanel/Amplitude.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology or related field. MBA preferred.

Success Metrics

Feature adoption, MAU, user retention, trading volume, customer satisfaction, and timely product delivery.
