Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Product Executive to strengthen our Product Management Team (PMT). The incumbent will be responsible for driving offline marketing initiatives, enhancing retail visibility, supporting sales growth, executing trade marketing activities, and providing market insights to strengthen brand presence across General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) channels.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Trade Marketing

- Execute product marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, visibility, and sales performance.
- Support the development and implementation of trade marketing initiatives across GT and MT channels.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor POSM activities including design, production, distribution, and deployment.
- Ensure effective in-store visibility and merchandising standards across key markets.

Retail Activation & New Placement

- Execute retail activation programs, sampling campaigns, promoter activities, and BTL initiatives.
- Drive new product placements and outlet expansion in assigned territories.
- Identify opportunities to increase product penetration and numeric distribution.
- Work closely with field sales teams to maximize shelf visibility and product availability.

Sales Force Support & Training

- Coordinate with Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), Area Sales Managers (ASMs), and Sales Representatives (SRs) for effective implementation of marketing activities.
- Conduct product training and promotional campaign training for sales teams.




- Develop product communication tools and training materials to support field execution.

Market Intelligence

- Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, merchandising standards, and retailer feedback.
- Gather feedback from retailers, stockists, distributors, and customers to identify business opportunities and challenges.
- Analyze market data and provide actionable recommendations to management.

Campaign & Budget Management

- Support planning and execution of trade schemes, retailer engagement programs, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and activation ROI.
- Ensure efficient utilization of marketing budgets while maintaining high execution standards.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal departments for timely execution of projects.

Reporting & Analysis

- Track and analyze key performance indicators including:
- Outlet Coverage
- Secondary Sales
- New Outlet Additions
- POSM Deployment
- Retail Visibility
- Activation ROI
- Prepare periodic reports and presentations for management review.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification

- B.Pharm / B.Sc. / BBA / Any Graduate
- MBA in Marketing preferred.

Experience

- 2 to 5 years of experience in PMT, Trade Marketing, FMCG, Consumer Healthcare, OTC, Nutraceutical, or Pharmaceutical Industry.
