Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Product Designer role based in Bengaluru.
The Product
Designer will work closely with founders and cross-functional teams to translate ideas into intuitive product experiences, from initial discovery through to launch. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting user and UX research, defining user flows, creating wireframes, and delivering high-fidelity visual designs for web and mobile interfaces. The role also involves applying design thinking to solve product challenges, collaborating with brand and marketing teams to ensure consistency,
and iterating on designs based on user feedback and performance data.
The Product
Designer will participate in design reviews, maintain design systems, and help refine workflows that support rapid product development.
Qualifications
- Strong Product Design skills, including end-to-end ownership from discovery to delivery.
- Proficiency in Visual Design and creating polished UI for digital products.
- Experience applying Design Thinking methodologies to solve complex user and business problems.
- Hands-on experience with User Research and UX Research to inform design decisions.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, startup or early-stage product environments.
- Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or equivalent).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with founders, engineers, and marketing teams, and communicate design rationale clearly.
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- Portfolio showcasing shipped products, interaction design, and strong visual craft.
