Key Responsibilities
- Support client meetings (offshore and domestic) to gather requirements and map out page-flow and business logic.
- Draft technical specs, user manuals, and process documentation for web applications.
- Translate client feedback into clear, actionable tasks for engineering.
- Run manual QA on web platforms and operational infrastructure before client delivery
Qualifications & Requirements

- Comfort with tools like Jira, Notion, or Confluence (or willingness to learn fast)
- Basic understanding of web technologies to communicate effectively with developers.
- Knowledge of, or curiosity about, software testing and bug-tracking processes.
