Role Description The Procurement Manager – Residential Construction is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities for residential construction projects, including sourcing materials, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring timely delivery to project sites.

What you'll own:

- Full procurement cycle for construction materials (steel, cement, façade, MEP, finishes) — vendor identification, RFQs, negotiation, and PO issuance
- BOQ-linked procurement planning in coordination with site engineering and the BBS (Bar Bending Schedule)

- Vendor onboarding, contract negotiation (rate contracts, GCCs, equipment hire agreements), and vendor performance tracking
- Cost control and budget adherence across procurement categories, working closely with site and finance teams
- Managing the handoff between planning/design and procurement to prevent material delays on a fast-moving high-rise site

What you bring:

- 8–12 years in procurement for residential/commercial construction or real estate development (not FMCG/manufacturing procurement)
- Working knowledge of BOQs, BBS, rate contracts, and construction material markets in Bengaluru
- Vendor network in construction materials and site services is a strong plus
- Comfortable working directly with site teams, not just from a corporate office
