At Bambrew, we’re building better materials for a better future, and we’re looking for an experienced procurement professional to strengthen our raw material sourcing and supplier network.

Experience: 4–5 years

What will you own?• Source paper and build solid relationships with paper mills, importers and distributors

- Manage sourcing of biopolymers, including manufacturers, importers and distributors
- Source other raw materials required for in-house manufacturing
- Develop sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality and supply chain efficiency
- Negotiate supplier contracts and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure reliable supply
- Collaborate with internal teams to support production and business requirements
- Track market trends, pricing fluctuations and emerging raw material sources
- Ensure sourcing practices align with Bambrew’s sustainability and ethical sourcing values





What are we looking for?• 4–5 years of relevant procurement / sourcing experience
- Strong knowledge of paper sourcing and established industry connections
- Knowledge of biopolymers and their manufacturers, importers and distributors
- Experience in sourcing raw materials for in-house manufacturing
- Strong negotiation, supplier management and market research skills
- Ability to balance cost, quality, availability and sustainability in sourcing decisions
