We're Hiring: Process Engineer – Automation & Robotics

Kadence Automation & Robotic Systems has been at the forefront of Indian industrial automation for 8 years, delivering turnkey solutions to leading automotive OEMs and Tier-1 manufacturers. As we scale our operations, we're looking for Process Engineers to join our team.

Experience: 0–8 years (Freshers welcome!)

Location: Faridabad, Haryana (candidates must be able to relocate)

What you'll do:

- Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients - understanding their requirements, offering solutions, and responding to RFQs with well-structured proposals
- Advise on and prepare cycle time calculations, line balancing, efficiency studies, and capacity planning to shape client decisions
- Develop conceptual designs, tentative BOMs, and technical responses that translate client needs into workable automation solutions
- Partner with clients and internal design teams to align project scope, feasibility, and deliverables
- Present technical recommendations and solutions to clients at meetings, exhibitions, and trade shows
- Maintain the prospective client database and proposal MIS to support informed engagement
- Build and sustain robust, consultative client relationships,



ensuring satisfaction throughout the engagement
- Operate with independent judgement under minimal supervision, managing multiple client engagements in parallel

What we're looking for:

- Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electrical / Artificial Intelligence & Machine learning Engineering
- Understanding of industrial automation, welding and machining processes, and manufacturing operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong proficiency in English
- Strong command of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Hands-on comfort with AI tools
- Good negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills, with sharp attention to detail
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision and perform well under pressure
- Prior customer support experience is a plus
