PRINCIPAL

We are looking for an experienced academician with strong leadership capabilities to lead the institution towards academic excellence, innovation, research, industry collaboration, enhanced placements and institutional growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide strategic academic and administrative leadership to the institution.
- Strengthen Teaching & Learning, Outcome-Based Education and Academic Excellence.
- Lead initiatives related to NAAC, NBA, NIRF and statutory compliance.
- Develop strong Industry–Academia partnerships and improve placement outcomes.
- Promote Research, Innovation, IPR, Start-ups and Entrepreneurship.
- Drive adoption of Artificial Intelligence, emerging technologies and digital education.
- Strengthen faculty development, mentoring and performance systems.
- Enhance student engagement, discipline, professional development and employability.
- Build collaborations with Industry, IITs, Universities, Government organisations and international institutions.
- Lead institutional initiatives for the overall development and empowerment of women students.

Eligibility As per applicable AICTE / UGC / affiliating university norms.

Preference will be given to candidates having:

- Ph.D.



in Engineering/Technology or relevant discipline.
- First Class at Bachelor's or Master's level in the relevant discipline.
- Senior-level academic/administrative experience, preferably at Professor/Principal/Director level.
- Strong research profile with quality publications, Ph.D. supervision, patents/IPR and funded projects.
- Proven experience in NAAC/NBA/NIRF, accreditation and institutional development.
- Excellent industry connections and demonstrated success in placements and corporate relations.
- Experience in implementing AI, emerging technologies and creative academic programmes.
- Excellent leadership, communication and team-management skills.
