We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic freshers who are fluent in English and love working with children. As a Primary Teacher, you will play a key role in guiding children through their early learning journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with children aged 2.5 to 6 years in a nurturing and respectful manner
- Facilitate Montessori-inspired activities in line with the curriculum
- Support children’s emotional, social, and academic development
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates are welcome (B.Ed/Montessori training is a plus, but not mandatory)
- Fluency in English is essential
- Passion for early childhood education
- Patience, empathy, and solid communication skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in a Montessori environment
