Role Description The President role at ASM Green Designs Pvt Ltd is a full time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The President will oversee the overall strategic direction of the company, set long-term goals, and ensure alignment between business strategy, operational execution, and sustainability objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading senior leadership teams, reviewing project pipelines and performance, approving key budgets and investments, and guiding high-impact business decisions.

The role involves building and maintaining relationships with major clients, partners, and regulatory bodies, as well as representing the company in industry forums and negotiations.



The President will also foster an inclusive, high-performance culture, mentor leaders across departments, and ensure compliance with relevant legal, financial, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

- Proven leadership and executive management experience, including strategic planning, organizational leadership, and decision-making at a senior level.
- Strong financial and business acumen, with experience in budgeting, P&L; management, risk assessment, and governance.
- Background in construction, architecture, engineering, sustainability, or related sectors, with familiarity with green design principles and environmental standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, partners, and regulatory authorities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams, drive change, and build inclusive, collaborative work environments.
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working in or with organizations based in India; understanding of local market, regulatory frameworks, and industry dynamics.
- High level of integrity, resilience, and commitment to sustainability, innovation, and long-term value creation.
