Role Description This full-time, on-site Preschool Teacher role is based in Mumbai.

The Preschool

Teacher will design and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate learning activities for young children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and emotional support throughout the day.

Responsibilities include planning lessons, implementing curriculum, facilitating play-based learning, observing and documenting student progress, and maintaining an organized, inclusive classroom environment. The role also involves regular communication with families, collaboration with other educators,



and participation in school events and career development sessions.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Early Childhood Education and practical experience working with preschool or kindergarten-aged children.
- Ability to plan lessons and contribute to Curriculum Development aligned with school standards and child development milestones.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with children, families, and colleagues.
- Experience or familiarity with Kindergarten teaching methods and age-appropriate classroom management.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Preschool Education, or a related field.
- Patience, empathy, and a child-centered approach to teaching, with a commitment to inclusive practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a school team and adapt to diverse learning needs.
- Basic proficiency in using educational resources and simple digital tools to support teaching and documentation.
