About the Role

We're looking for a Presales Engineer to join our team full-time, remotely. This is a role for someone who loves the intersection of technology and problem-solving — someone who can sit with a client, really understand what they're trying to achieve, and translate that into a solution that works across cloud, security, data, and applications.

You'll partner closely with our sales team, running discovery conversations, building solution proposals and architecture diagrams, delivering demos, and responding to RFPs and technical questions. You'll also work hand-in-hand with our delivery teams — validating that what we're proposing is actually feasible, scoping effort accurately, and making sure the handoff from presales to delivery is smooth, not a scramble.





- It's a role that blends technical depth with people skills — you'll need to be just as comfortable in an architecture whiteboarding session as you are explaining a solution to a non-technical stakeholder.

What You'll Bring

- A knack for presales and sales — you know how to gather requirements, present solutions persuasively, build proposals, and build trust with stakeholders along the way.
- Strong technical support instincts — you can troubleshoot issues, answer technical questions clearly, and guide clients confidently through evaluations and POCs.
- An integration mindset — you understand APIs, data flows, and how to design end-to-end solutions that actually hold together, and you know how to work with technical teams to make that happen.
- A solid grasp of security — cybersecurity fundamentals, SOC services, risk mitigation, and compliance aren't foreign concepts to you.
- Experience in cloud services, managed IT, data analytics, or application development is a strong plus.
- Communication skills that flex — you can go deep with engineers and stay clear and straightforward with business stakeholders.
- Comfort working independently and remotely, juggling multiple opportunities, and staying closely connected with cross-functional teams.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) or security are a nice bonus, though not a dealbreaker.
