Role Description The Technical Sales Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. This role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their industrial requirements, and recommending suitable re-commerce solutions and products. The specialist will conduct product demonstrations, prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals, and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.

Daily responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, coordinating with internal teams for technical support, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems,



and building long-term client relationships. The position also requires visiting client sites, gathering market insights, and contributing to sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Technical Sales and Sales skills, including experience in industrial or B2B environments.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Technical Support capabilities to address product-related queries and coordinate with internal technical teams.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, focusing on responsiveness, relationship management, and client satisfaction.
- Relevant experience in industrial products, manufacturing, or capital equipment sales is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area and conduct regular client visits.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and CRM skills are beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
