Senior Pre-Sales / Solution Architect – IT Infrastructure

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Pre-Sales / Solution Architect with strong experience in Enterprise IT Infrastructure, Networking, Data Center, Security, Cloud, Virtualization, Storage, Backup & DR.

Key Requirements:

- Solid experience in IT Infrastructure Solution Design, Enterprise Architecture, HLD & LLD.

- Experience across Networking, Data Center, Cybersecurity, Cloud, SD-WAN, Virtualization, Storage and Backup/DR.

- Good knowledge of Cisco, HPE, Dell, Lenovo, Aruba, Fortinet, Palo Alto, VMware, Microsoft, AWS, Azure and Veeam.

- Hands-on experience in RFP, RFQ, Tender Management, GeM and Technical Compliance.

- Experience preparing BOM, BOQ, Technical Proposals, Solution Architecture and Techno-Commercial Costing.





- Strong customer-facing experience with Enterprise and Government clients.

- Experience in leading or mentoring Pre-Sales Engineers will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end Pre-Sales and Solution Architecture activities.

- Understand customer requirements and design suitable IT Infrastructure solutions.

- Prepare HLD/LLD, BOM/BOQ, technical proposals, compliance documents and costing.

- Handle RFP/RFQ/Tenders/GeM and coordinate with OEMs and technology partners.

- Conduct technical presentations, solution discussions, POCs and customer meetings.

- Work closely with Sales, Projects, Delivery, OEMs and Partners.

- Support Enterprise & Government projects and large deal closures.

- Guide and mentor the Pre-Sales team.
