LinguaPlanet is looking for a skilled Polish Language Proofreader / Translator to join our growing network of language professionals. The ideal candidate will have excellent command of Polish and English, strong linguistic skills, and a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality translations and polished content.

Responsibilities

- Translate documents, articles, marketing materials, and other content between English and Polish.
- Proofread and edit Polish-language content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, clarity, and consistency.
- Ensure translations accurately convey the original meaning, tone, and intent.
- Maintain terminology consistency and adhere to project-specific style guides.
- Deliver high-quality work within established deadlines.

Requirements

- Native or near-native proficiency in Polish.
- Solid command of English (written and spoken).




- Proven experience in translation, proofreading, or localization.
- Excellent attention to detail and linguistic accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong research skills for terminology and subject-specific content.

Preferred Qualifications

- Degree in Translation, Linguistics, Polish Language, or a related field.
- Experience with CAT tools such as SDL Trados, MemoQ, or similar platforms.
- Previous experience in localization, technical translation, legal translation, or marketing content translation.
