About the Role

CTRLRoom Systems is looking for a Political Social Media & Creative Executive to manage and execute the digital presence of political leaders and public representatives.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Punjabi language, Punjab’s political/social environment and social media trends.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day Facebook, Instagram and X profiles of political leaders.

Plan and maintain daily/weekly content calendars.

Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors and content writers.

Prepare creative briefs for posts, reels, campaigns and events.

Convert field activities, public meetings, development works and political updates into engaging social media content.

Ensure timely posting and maintain consistency in the leader’s digital identity.

Monitor social media trends, engagement and audience response.

Coordinate with the field team to collect relevant photos/videos and updates.

Track content performance and suggest improvements.





Support the team during political campaigns and high-activity periods.

Requirements

Solid professional understanding of Punjabi/Gurmukhi is mandatory.

Good understanding of Punjab politics, current affairs and local issues.

Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram and X.

Good creative sense and understanding of social media content.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work with designers, editors and content teams.

Ability to work under tight deadlines.

Political/social media experience is an advantage, but freshers are welcome to apply.

Eligibility

? Only candidates currently based in Punjab, India will be considered.

Candidates should be comfortable working with Punjabi content and have a genuine understanding of Punjab’s social and political environment.
