Role Description This is a part-time, in office PMP Trainer role based in India. The trainer will deliver structured PMP-focused sessions, guide learners through project management concepts, and explain real-world applications aligned with PMP standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and updating training materials, conducting interactive classes, answering learner questions, and providing feedback on assignments and practice exams.
The role also involves supporting learners with exam readiness, sharing best practices from the project management field,
and collaborating with Thinkcloudly’s team to maintain course quality and consistency.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies, preferably with an active PMP certification or equivalent credential.
- Experience in designing and delivering instructor-led training, workshops, or mentoring sessions, ideally for IT or professional certification programs.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to learners at different levels.
- Ability to create and refine training content, including slides, exercises, case studies, and mock exams that align with current PMP exam standards.
- Comfort working in a classroom or training center environment in India, with strong time management and organizational skills for part-time schedules.
- Prior industry experience in IT or related fields, managing projects or teams, and applying project management practices in real-world settings.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (such as IT, Business, Engineering, or Management) or equivalent professional experience.
- Commitment to learner success, inclusivity, and continuous improvement in teaching methods and course outcomes.
